Hello everybody

Due to the fact, that I've more than 1 question, my minimal example is a
little bit more complex, but it works with my config, with only 2 warnings.

I'm working with "w2k /TeXnic-Center" from the latest "texmf"-DVD" &
"jurabib-0.61beta-2006.11.26-svn-rev-65" (hopefully correctly
installed). I need this, due to some new functions.

My questions:
(i)
Is it a bug, that in (Freud 1940) after "booktitle" is a missing "."?
See "Freud 1942", where a "volume" is given (I could put it in that dot
manually, but...).
(ii)
*Language dependency* (the most important point) - all entries with
"language = french" should mention "ed". instead of "Hg." & "tome"
instead of "Bd.", but they don't. What am I doing wrong (maybe simple ...)?
(iii)
"type = {xxx}" - if I understood the manual correctly, "Halm 1967"
should mention "Diss.phil" in the literature, not (only - don't need
that) in the citation. What's my failure?

Okay, here's the example (sorry, everything is in german, but I guess it
doesn't matter at all):

\begin{document}
Vgl. die "booktitle" der bd. folgenden Einträge:
ibidem im Text \citealt{freud:Neurose}, \citealt{freud:NeuroseII}. Fehlt

\citealt{dschaffar:ibnAli}, \citealt{gericke}.

Hier habe ich noch ein Problem mit dem type (Diss.phil.):
\citealt{halm:diss}. Vermutlich nur eine fehlende Einstellung/Option...

\bibliography{lit}

\end{document}

Have to look at this.

You did not read the manual carefully enough:

http://jurabib.homelinux.org/docs/english/jbendoc.html#x1-3300010

"If language = {<other language>} is specified here, then the hyphenation patterns
for that entry will be modified, not the keywords like 'editor' and so on !
For the correct translation of the keywords jurabib will detect the used main
language (e.g. if you are using the babel-package or one of the following
packages: german, french, frenchle, pmfrench, mlp).

*jurabib doesn't switch the keywords, but the hyphenation patterns for
each bibliographic entry, for which a language is given!*"

"type = {xxx}" - if I understood the manual correctly, "Halm 1967"
should mention "Diss.phil" in the literature, not (only - don't need
that) in the citation. What's my failure?
Again - You did not read the manual carefully enough:

"For this reason, a new field dissyear has been created, which enables
one to specify the year in which a book appeared as doctoral dissertation.
Furthermore, if dissyear is present, fields school and type are available
for @BOOK as well. If dissyear is not present, type and school are ignored."
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
=> dissyear is missing for your entry. "Diss. phil" should never be printed
out for this entry.

I can not find any section in the docs describing that this will be
missing in the citation ...
