jurabib & footmisc

hello,

using the actual beta-version of jurabib (11.26.06) I noticed that
footcite-numbers are no longer separated by a comma. This has worked in
earlier version of jurabib. Can someone help?

From the 0.6. changes.txt:

'multiple'-functionality removed! To have the same feature you
have to load footmisc.sty with option 'multiple' now,
suggested by Frank Mittelbach.

I know found out that I have to put footmisc after hyperref, otherwise
'multiple' doesn't work.
