I'm just encountering for the first time the requirements of American
academic journals. These set of requirements seem typical:

Does anyone on the list have advice about successfully using Jurabib
to meet similar (CMS?) requirements? All my work to date has
required the Oxford style, which jurabib does wonderfully.
